Before continuing with the article I would like to emphasize that THC is the only illegal cannabinoid in Spain. Today, only those products derived from hemp that contain less than 0.2% THC are allowed. This percentage varies depending on the country, so we recommend that you check it before placing any order.
Introduction
Gazpacho is a traditional cold soup of Spanish cuisine , especially popular in hot regions during the summer months.
Its origins date back to the time of Al-Andalus in the Iberian Peninsula , when the Arabs introduced foods such as tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers to Spain. Originally, gazpacho was a soup made of bread, olive oil, vinegar and garlic, all crushed and mixed. Over time, this basic recipe was enriched with the addition of other ingredients, becoming the most recognizable version we know today.
In this article, we will guide you through the steps to prepare a delicious cannabis gazpacho, perfect to enjoy on a hot afternoon.

What condiments can you add to gazpacho?
- Extra virgin olive oil: Olive oil is a fundamental ingredient in gazpacho, but it can also be used as an additional condiment just before serving. A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the surface of the gazpacho can enhance its flavor and texture.
- Vinegar: In addition to the white wine vinegar that is usually used in the traditional recipe, you can experiment with other types of vinegar, such as sherry vinegar or balsamic vinegar, to give a different touch to gazpacho.
- Fresh herbs: Parsley, cilantro, basil or chives are fresh herbs that you can finely chop and add to the gazpacho just before serving. These herbs add freshness and aroma to the dish.
- Freshly ground black pepper: A touch of freshly ground black pepper can add a slight spiciness and extra aroma to the gazpacho.
- Cumin: Cumin is a spice used in many gazpacho recipes to add an earthy, slightly spicy flavor. You just need to add a pinch of ground cumin to the gazpacho before refrigerating it.
- Tabasco or hot sauce: If you like gazpacho with a spicy touch, you can add a few drops of Tabasco sauce or another hot sauce of your choice to increase the spiciness level of the dish.
- Garlic: Although garlic is already included in the traditional gazpacho recipe, if you like a more intense flavor, you can add an extra clove of garlic.
Types of garnish
The garnish is an important part of gazpacho, as it not only adds texture and color to the dish, but can also complement and enhance its flavor. Some examples of garnish are:
- Diced cucumber: Cut cucumber into small dice and add them as a garnish. The cucumber adds freshness and a crunchy touch to the gazpacho.
- Diced Pepper: Use red, green or yellow peppers and cut them into small dice to add color and a slight sweetness to the dish.
- Thinly sliced red onion: Thin slices of red onion add a slightly spicy flavor and a hint of purple color to the gazpacho.
- Diced tomatoUse cherry tomatoes or tomatoes of different colors and cut them into small dice to add a touch of freshness and sweetness to the gazpacho.
- Chopped hard-boiled egg: Cook hard-boiled eggs, peel them and chop them finely. Add them as a garnish to add protein and texture to the gazpacho.
- Fried bread: Cut bread into small cubes and fry in olive oil until golden and crispy. Add them as a garnish to add texture and a toasted flavor to the gazpacho.
- Fresh herbs: Garnish the gazpacho with finely chopped cilantro, parsley, basil or chive leaves to add freshness and aroma to the dish.
- Black or green olives: Use pitted olives and cut them into slices or halves. Add them as a garnish to add a salty touch and a Mediterranean flavor to the gazpacho.
